Mongolia - Finland - Air Services AgreementThe Finland - Mongolia Air Services Agreement was signed in 2000 and it has entered into force. Designation principles
Multiple designation. A designation may be refused if one Party is not
satisfied that a designated airlineis incorporated and has its principal place of business in the territory of designating Party and holds a current Air Operator´s Certificate issued by the designating Party. Traffic rights for the designated airlines
of FinlandRoute possibilities: Points in Finland - Any
intermediate point named by Finland - Points in Mongolia - Any beyond
point named by Finland. Fifth freedom rights may be exercised only if an
arrangement to that effect is made between the aeronautical authorities.
Unused traffic rights are presently available.
Capacity regimeBermuda principles. Traffic programmes shall be
submitted for approval.Tariff regime
Double approval. Tacit approval if no response within 20 days after the
