Jordan - Finland - Air Services AgreementThe Finland - Jordan Air Services Agreement was signed in 1978 and it is in force. Active negotiations (horizontal mandate) between the Community and Jordan are being pursued. Designation
principlesMultiple designation. A designation may be refused
if one Party is not satisfied that substantial ownership and effective
control of a designated airline are vested in the Party designating the
airline or in its nationals.Traffic rights for
designated airlines of FinlandRoute possibilities: Points in
Finland - Intermediate points - Amman - Points beyond. Fifth freedom
rights are granted and may be exercised at two of the following
intermediate points: Belgrade, Athens, Istanbul, one point in Cyprus, as
well as at two of the following beyond points: Teheran, Karachi, Bombay,
Colombo. Unused traffic rights are presently available.
